We decided to build TestOnion after experiencing first-hand the pain of manually organizing pre-employment candidate tests - from the stress of sourcing appropriate test questions, printing the test scripts, administering the test, invigilating candidates, scoring the tests including the risks/expenses incurred in transporting candidates to the test venue.
